How SWEET is this!!!

Charlie really needed a new car seat and I really wanted a Britax Diplomat, but they are so stink’n expensive!  Sooo… After much searching on the internet I found that right start was selling them for 189.99.  Which is awesome, because they are usually 259.99!  But, to my dismay, or I thought  “to my good luck” they were out of stock.  Bummed as I was, I kept searching.  And the very next website I checked was Diapers.com and they have a “low price guarantee”  on all Britax car seats.

Not sure if it would actually work, I thought I would give it a try.  I called the number they gave, told them about Right Start’s price, checked it online with the lady on the phone, did some sweet talking and she gave me a discount code for 10% and 35 dollar cedit that would make my total match Right Starts price.  But me being a little computer dumb, it didn’t seem to add up on my computer screen, so she gave be a 62 dollar credit to solve the problem and so I wouldn’t have to call back again.  AWESOME!  My dumbness paid off!  hahaha…

Anyway, my total was 171.99 with free shipping!! Almost 90 dollars off!!!! And almost 20 dollars less than Right Start!  Ha! Ha!  I am so stoked!  I could do a happy dance right now!

Moral of the story, be nice on the phone and it will pay off.  I told the lady, before she gave me the awesome price, how nice and helpful she was.  And she really was super nice.
